RETURNS & REFUNDS
·         Due to the fact we cannot vouch for the Safety and Efficacy of ingestible vitamins and supplements, we will not accept any return unless there is a manufacture defect or allergic reaction. If there is a manufacture defect or allergic reaction, the product can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. A form must be completed.
·         There are no returns or exchanges on CBD Oil products, refrigerated Probiotics, Jewelry, Food items including Animal Products & Treats. Clearance items are final sale.    
·         There are no returns on special orders unless there is a manufacture defect or allergic reaction. 
·         The Natural Pharmacy Private Label Products may be returned if you are not 100% satisfied within 14 days with original receipt. This excludes private label refrigerated probiotics. 
·         Diffusers may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Please ensure you are not filling water past the fill line or the diffuser will not work properly.

SHIPPING
Free Shipping: Orders less than 5 lbs., & at least $75 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the United States except California due to Proposition 65 Law.
 Priority Shipping: Priority shipping rates will apply for orders less than $75.00, orders over 5 lbs. Most orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive from the date ordered. Some orders, however, may take 6-9 business days from the date of order, most often because of item availability.* Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Central Time will be considered placed the next business day for the calculation of shipping times.
ALL Shipping – 2-5 Business Days
 At The Natural Pharmacy, we use the carrier with the best rate within our system. From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that cause a delay in shipment. If an out-of-stock item is anticipated to be on back-order for several days, we will then ship what we have in-stock and, of course, ship the missing item when it arrives, at no additional cost to you.
