Returns & Refunds

• Due to the fact that we CANNOT vouch for the SAFETY and EFFICACY of ingestible vitamins and supplements once they leave our store, we will not accept any returns unless they are an Integrative Therapeutics or Ortho Molecular product. (These products can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.)

• There are no returns or exchanges on CBD products, probiotics, jewelry, food items, or pet products.

• CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS.

• There are no returns on special orders.

• Special orders need to be prepaid if they are a product we do not carry.

• If there is an allergic reaction, product can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. A form must also be filled out, which includes name of product and explanation of allergic reaction.
